To qualify for this basic special the majority of both written content and images must be provided by the client in a format that can be copied and pasted into the website without significant editing. The optimization and touching up of up to 20 images is included in the price, additional content writing, graphic art work, or content writing can be negotiated as needed.
The Basic Build is available at this price only with a minimum 12 month Basic Maintenance agreement. The price for a Basic Build without the maintenance agreement is $500. Post build site maintenance can be purchased thereafter at $65 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge)

Basic site maintenance includes all theme and plugin updates, changes of names, dates, and offers requiring up to 3 hours per month. (most routine changes and updates can be made in 1 hour or less)
Included domain name fees are limited to domain names that are available for use at the time of site build, and must be agreed upon prior to beginning the site build. If you already own a domain name and desire to continue paying for it apart from this contract a discount to the monthly payment may be negotiated.
LNE Web Services offers hosting through Hostgator. The hosting package included in this offer is a shared hosting package which means the website is stored on a server that also stores other websites. We also offer other hosting options, but not as part of this special.
All websites periodically require content updating which is included with this special, provided the requested changes do not exceed the 3 hour per month maximum. In the unlikely event that more than 3 hours per month are needed to make the requested changes, or if major revisions are required, the additional hours will added to that month’s charge.
